1. The Controller of the website www.forum-jasionka.pl is the “European Fund for the Development of Polish Villages – Counterpart Fund” Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw ul. Miedziana 3A, (00-814) Warsaw, KRS [National Court Register] 0000017557.

Personal data are processed for the purposes resulting from their functions: on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorises the Controller to process personal data on the basis of the law or in order to implement the contract concluded between the parties.
3. The Website performs the functions of obtaining information about the users and their behaviour in the following manner:
– through information voluntarily entered in the form,
– by saving the so-called cookies in end devices,
