The Pedigree Breeding Center "GARZYN" Sp. z o.o. belongs to a group of strategic State Treasury companies - supervised by the National Support Center for Animal Breeding (KOWR) - conducting animal breeding in the Wielkopolska and Podlaskie Voivodeships. The company's mission is to provide animal breeding at the highest level to meet the needs of Polish agriculture. OHZ "GARZYN" manages an area of 5,070 hectares, including 4,850 hectares of agricultural land and 20 hectares of orchard. The dairy cattle population is over 4,100, including 1,410 Polish Holstein-Friesian cows. We also breed domestic breeds of Polish breeding pigs: WBP and PBZ. The foundation herd consists of 300 sows. The breeding of Polish Merino sheep has been conducted in Garzyna since 1919. The foundation herd currently consists of 150 MPS mothers. As part of our business, we offer live cattle beef and pork, weaners, grains for human consumption
and feed, corn, sugar beets, and rapeseed.
