Ośrodek Hodowli Zarodowej "Przerzeczyn Zdrój" sp. z o. o. includes two farms, Stasin and Gilów. The Stasin farm is engaged in breeding Limousin beef cattle. The Gilów farm is primarily focused on milk production and managing crop production, which includes the cultivation of commercial and fodder crops. The company is located in the municipalities of Piława Górna and Niemcza in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

The company breeds dairy cattle of three breeds: the Polish Holstein-Friesian red-and-white variety, the Polish red-and-white, and the Polish red. Crop production includes the cultivation of wheat, malting barley, rapeseed, corn, faba beans, sugar beet, and fodder crops such as alfalfa, grasses, and corn for silage. Each year, the farm produces approximately 5.0 million liters of milk under strict quality control. The company regularly modernizes its machinery park and introduces modern cultivation and breeding technologies.
