Is an organization of producers of traditional, local and regional food and handicrafts. Founded in 2004, now it associates 250 members. Creates a policy to encourage the development of regional, local and traditional products. Promotes these products. Initiates actions to increase quality of products available on the market. Informs consumers about the qualities and benefits of regional and local products.

PCoRaLP is the organizer of the contest "Our Culinary Heritage-Tastes of Regions " for the best regional product and regional food. Chamber is also the organizer or co-organizer of many outdoor events, fairs and presentation of local and regional products. The Chamber also publihes bulletin called"Taste and Tradition".
