We kindly inform you that on the website www.forum-jasionka.pl, you can find photographs of participants of the projects/events implemented by the “European Fund for the Development of Polish Villages – Counterpart Fund” Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw. The basis for their publication is the consent for participation in a given project of the Foundation and the dissemination of the project participants’ image in connection with the promotion of the Foundation’s activity. A significant number of photos was taken and posted at the initiative of the participants themselves.

The Controller of personal data in the form of the participants’ image is the “European Fund for the Development of Polish Villages – Counterpart Fund” Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Miedziana 3A, 08-014 Warsaw). The data are processed only for the purpose of documenting the manner of implementing projects and promoting the Controller’s activity.

Data subjects have the right to request the erasure of their data at any time. For this purpose, they should contact us at iod@efrwp.com.pl and describe the photograph to be deleted, as well as the place of its publication.
