- The Administrator of the website: www.forum-jasionka.pl is the “European Fund for the Development of Polish Villages – Counterpart Fund” Foundation, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Miedziana 3A, (00-814) Warszawa, KRS (National Court Register) No.: 0000017557.
- Personal data are processed for the purposes resulting from their functions: on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorises the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or in order to perform the agreement concluded between the parties.
