With reference to the introduction, as of 25 May 2018, of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: “GDPR”),
We wish to inform all participants in our Projects and collaborators that, as of 25 May 2018, we appointed a Personal Data Protection Officer. In all cases within the scope of personal data protection, you may contact the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Foundation via the email address: iod@efrwp.com.pl or via regular mail sent to the Data Controller, that is “Europejski Fundusz Rozwoju Wsi Polskiej – Counterpart Fund” in Warsaw, ul. Miedziana 3A, 00-814 Warszawa.
We declare that we obtain the personal data of project participants on the basis of applications or forms which we process in order to execute the projects and further assist the operations of the Foundation of “European Fund for the Development of Polish Villages – Counterpart Fund.” The period of processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data are processed and is set individually for every project on the basis of legal regulations and requirements of State Institutions that may require the Foundation to process the data for a specific period of time. Furthermore, the periods of processing depend on the period for which the services are provided and the period necessary to defend the interests of the Controller. We make your data available only to institutions and public entities authorised to receive them on the basis of legal regulations, and subcontractors to whom we entrust these data in relation to tasks that they perform upon our order and that are necessary to perform our services.
Your personal data are processed on the basis of legal regulations, that is Article 6 section 1 letter b) and letter c) of GDPR, with no need for your consent to the processing of personal data. Within the remaining scope, the provision of your personal data is voluntary. Within the scope in which the consent to the processing of your personal data is granted by you only for marketing or contact purposes, including via a contact form, the provision of your personal data is voluntary and the consent may be revoked at any time.
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to demand their clarification, erasure or restriction of their processing, and the right to submit an objection to the processing of your personal data. In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights you need to consult the Controller or the Data Protection Officer appointed by it with the use of the contact details stated above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection.
